Alongside his parents, Ron is survived by his loving wife Cheryl Mullikin, Children; Joshua (Kayla) Mullikin, Max (Alli) Mullikin, Mick (Alexandra) Mullikin, Christina (Jesse) Norman, Jessica (Joshua) Ross, Grandchildren; Henry and Charli Mullikin, Barrett, Braelyn, and Bowen Ross, Brothers; Dan Mullikin, Dean (Shari) Mullikin, and numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
After Ron graduated from Greeneview High School in 1982, he joined the Air Force. While serving, he was a member of the All-Armed Forces Volleyball Team. Following his service, he moved to the state of Washington where he worked construction, coached/played volleyball, and developed into a coffee connoisseur.
When Ron eventually moved back to Ohio, he opened Donnikin’s Gourmet Coffee in 1996. He also coached volleyball at Xenia High School, Clark State, and Wilmington College. In 2001, Ron and Cheryl met and married a year later. They purchased Bellbrook Canoe Rental in 2007, and it’s still family owned and operated. Ron will always be remembered for his love of family, generosity, storytelling, creativity, sense of humor, and cigars.
A visitation for Ronald will be held Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. A funeral service will occur at 11:00 AM. A burial will follow services at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
