UNGER, Robert Joseph, age 88 of Dayton, OH passed away Friday, April 11, 2014. He was a WWII Veteran and a retired Naval Commander; Robert retired from Delco Products after 51 yrs as a Die Cast Engineer.
He was a graduate of Chaminade High School, received his BS from the University of Kansas, and an MBA University of Dayton. Robert was preceded in death by parents Joseph and Mabel Unger. He is survived by his wife of 58 yrs, Nancy Unger, son Dr. Paul Unger (Patricia), grandson John, sister Madeleine Riley, nephews Mark and Matt and nieces Marilyn, Elaine, Karen and Anne. Robert was a member of Incarnation Church. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Monday, April 14, 2014, at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Ave. at Rahn Rd.
