RICE, Marie Ola, age 87 of Beavercreek, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015. She was born in Conway, KY on February 25, 1928 the daughter of the late Enoch and Florence (Witt) Ward. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Wendell Rice, 2 sons Daryl and Paul, 2 infant sisters and sister Wandlene Wallin, 2 brothers Kermit and Buford Ward. She is survived by her son Donald (Tami) Rice, 2 granddaughters Jennifer (Andrew) McCamis and Jessica (Kevin) Flaute, 4 great-grandchildren Evan and Liam McCamis and Owen and Lyla Flaute. Marie was an Elementary school teacher for the Beavercreek Board of Education for 19 years and was member of East Dayton Baptist Church. Memorial services will be held at 11 am on Saturday May 30, 2015 at the East Dayton Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Kershaw officiating. Private interment at Rice Memorial Cemetery in Conway, KY will be held at later date. Memorial contributions may be given to the Gideon Bible Society.
