Louise Fletcher age 94 of Dayton, passed away Friday, February 26, 2016 surrounded by family. She was born September 9, 1921 in Middlesboro, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents, R.T. Parham and Ruth (Williamson) Parham and her brother Robert Thomas Parham Jr. Louise is survived by 3 daughters, Linda Grant (George), Susan Harbaugh (Earl), and Janie Fletcher-Fahrer (Ted). 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 6 great great granchildren. Louise retired in 1983 from the Main Post Office on Fifth Street. Funeral service 10 am Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at the Tobias Funeral Home – Belmont Chapel, 648 Watervliet Ave with interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. Friends may call 4 – 7 pm Monday at the funeral home.
