PLATT, Lillian of Kettering, Ohio went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ November 3, 2011. She was born January 1, 1919 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Darrell Daniel Platt. She is survived by her four children Barry Platt and wife Chris, Mike Platt and wife Jean, Mary Ann Stewart and husband Rick, Mark Platt and wife Cyndi and eight grandchildren. Lillian was a faithful, loving wife, mother and grandmother devoted to her family. She valued the simple things in life and made them so special. A Memorial Mass will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 7, 2011 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4500 Ackerman Blvd, Kettering, Ohio. The family will receive friends at the church from 9:30 a.m. Monday, until time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church or your favorite charity.
