Glen Russell Berry

BERRY, Glen Russell age 77 of West Carrollton went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 7, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents Glenwood & Elizabeth Berry and his sister Ruthann Butler. He is survived by his wife Rhea Berry of 56 years; children, Bev Kraft (Matthew), Rusty Berry and Lisa Plummer (Tony); brother, Paul Berry (Joann); grandchildren, Ashley Gibson and Jonathan Plummer who reside in Venice, Florida; a great-grandson, Benjamin Joseph Gibson and numerous nieces and nephews. Glen has been a faithful follower of Christ and attended Patterson Park Church in Dayton, Ohio and previously Christian Tabernacle in Dayton, Ohio. Glen loved to sing in the church choir and sang many years in a men’s quartet at Christian Tabernacle. He worked at General Motors for 46 years as a toolmaker. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, February 11, 2012 at TOBIAS FUENRAL HOME – BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall. Pastor Joe Godwin and Pastor Tony Plummer officiating. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. His family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 until 8:00 PM Friday, February 10, 2012.
