Jean is also preceded in death by her siblings Burt, Orville, Elmer, Ronald and Blanche Szenasi. She is survived by her siblings Carl Campbell, Ralph(Carmalita)Campbell, Loren Black, Rosey Hughes and Vivian Simpson.
Mom and Dad met at McCall's and were married in August 1953. They are also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Dad joined the Air Force and was accompanied by his wife Jean. During the four years spent in Alaska, Dad became Master Crew Chief on the C-124's specializing in engines. Upon returning back to Dayton Dad spent the next 30 years at McCall's/Dayton Press. When they closed the doors, he went on to Mead Data Central as Sargent of security until he retired. Dad loved working on engines and became the Tune Up Man for many coworkers, family and friends. In earlier years they sang with several bands and enjoyed entertaining at home as well as Clubs and Venues. Dad became known as Honda Bill for customizing his friends Gold Wings. They enjoyed vacations together and tours out West.
Jean was a stay-at-home mom who strongly supported her husband and lovingly raised their three children. After the kids graduated, she went to work at Eskco, side by side with her sister for 17 years, then retired. She was a wonderful mother, avid flower gardener and baker. Jean always had a beautiful smile and a heart willing to help those in need.
In later years they both enjoyed attending church, and bible studies with their family and friends. Their LOVE will be passed down for generations!
