NEWPORT, Gary Dean, age 60 of Beavercreek, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father, John Newport, mother and step-father Henry and Nannie Davidson, and brothers Sean Newport, Jeffrey Newport, Bill Davidson and Buck Davidson. He is survived by his daughter Nanny Newport, son Michael Hoffer (aka Robert Henry Newport), grandchildren, Brittany Dorr and Myson Hoffer, sisters Linda and Tammy Davidson, and brother Steven Newport. Gary had an adventurous soul who worked and traveled though out the United States. He loved his children and grandchildren. A come as you are celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the Union Chapel Community Church, 2525 Ontario Ave. with Pastor Steven Thompson officiating.
