Gary M. Katulak, 71 of Kettering, passed away Friday, December 30, 2022 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Marjorie (Dawson) Katulak. He is survived by three siblings: brothers; Richard (Mary) Katulak and Joseph (Sandy) Katulak, and one sister; Christina (David) Smith. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Nikki Elbertson, Steve Katulak, Kate Higgins, Adam Katulak, Joe Katulak, Natalie Downey, and Emily Burch, as well as numerous other family and friends. Gary was employed by Montgomery County for many years as a Court Courier; he was also named Employee of the Year by the Montgomery County Department of Human Services in 1990 for his outstanding service. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:30 AM on Monday, January 16, 2023 at Ascension Catholic Church, 2025 Woodman Dr. Kettering, OH 45420. Interment of cremains will follow in Calvary Cemetery next to his parents.
