Freida M Thomas

In addition to her parents, Freida was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Wesley W Thomas,; daughter Linda Parsley siblings: Wanda Wilt; Russell Mason; Paul Mason; Helen Anderson; Dorothy Edwards; and Evelyn “Pete” Hebrank; Ora Lou Rumbaugh, Richard Mason; Great Grandson Eddie Applegate lll.

She is survived by her children: Kenneth (Edna) Thomas; James Thomas (Eric) Grandchildren: Russell (Linda) Dennis; Miriam (Jamie) Yost; Gregory (Leslie) Thomas; Great Grandchildren Amanda, Matthew, Trevor, Molli, Tom, Dylan, Wesley, Andrew. Great Great Grandkids, Kayla, Kyrsten, Shyanne, Kaylee, Messiah, Melani as well as numerous nieces and nephews and special friends Julian, Verna and many more that touched her life.

Freida was a member of Greenview Calvary Tabernacle church. She worked at Patterson airfield and retired from Frigidaire after 18 years. She was a beloved Wife, Mother Sister & Grandma. She loved to travel, enjoyed having company over, getting dressed up and going out to dinner at MCL, to the shows, bingo, Amish country or just driving around and telling everyone she met how old she was.

She loved her family dearly and was very proud of all her kids and grandchildren. She bragged so much about her family and how much they meant to her. She will be dearly missed. Funeral will be 1 PM Thursday, October 20, 2022 at the Tobias Funeral Home Belmont Chapel with Pastor Tim Livingston officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service time on Thursday; interment will be in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
