Dean A. Rohrer age 77 of Riverside, Ohio passed away peacefully Friday, November 18,2022 with his family by his side. Dean was born to the late Ambert and Glady's (Swabb) Rohrer in Greenville, Ohio. He was a 1963 graduate of Tippecanoe High School. He owned and operated the Rohrer's Family Restaurant and Pizza for over twenty years in Tipp City, Ohio. He also retired from Western and Southern Insurance Agency in Dayton, Ohio. Dean was a member of the Masonic Alpha Lodge 729 F&AM, Scottish Rite, and the Shriner Classic Car Club of Dayton, where he enjoyed showing and racing his corvettes.
Dean is preceded in death by his wives, Patty Jo and Judith. He is survived by his children, Lori (Richard) Davidson of Kettering, Ohio and James (Sharon) Rohrer of Lake View, Ohio, grandchildren: Michael (Kat) Rohrer, and Matthew (Jessica) Rohrer, Andrew (Cali) Rush and Adam (Ronni) Rush, great-grandchildren: Hayes, Colt and Nolan Rohrer, fiance Emily Evans of Enon, Ohio, along with a host of extended family and friends.
A visitation for Dean will be held Friday, November 25, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM.
