Bruce A Ford

FORD, Bruce A., age 80 passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at his residence. Bruce was born and raised in Sea Breeze, New York to the late Donald Ford and Margaret Snare Ford Smith. He was a United States Army veteran. Bruce began his career with General Motors in Rochester, New York; he was later transferred to Kettering, Ohio and retired with 39 years of service in 1992. Bruce was the past president of the Walden Lakes Condo Association and was a volunteer with the Beavercreek Wetlands Association. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Doris Ford, their daughters Kim (Mark)Adams, and Lisa(Tim) Homer; grandchildren Benjamin Phares, Ryan Adams and Andrea Adams. Family will receive friends from 1:00PM until time of Funeral Service 2:30PM Monday, October 5, 2015 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Far Hills Chapel; with Rev. Steve Kimpel officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Miami Valley Hospice, Sicsa, or the American Cancer Society.
