Passed away unexpectedly in Spokane, WA. Her home was on the Spokane Indian Reservation. Diana was born on October 16, 1957 in Spokane, WA to Grant and Shirley (McCoy) Denison. She grew up on the Spokane Indian Reservation and attended Wilbur-Creston High School, then went on to attend Glen Dow Academy in Spokane where she obtained her NACCAS. She worked as a hair dresser for over 40 years, a career she loved. She had a knack for making any place she lived, large or small, with a little or a lot, a welcome comfortable home and place for guests to relax and have a laugh. She enjoyed cooking and took pride in her ability to make a meal out of almost anything. Above all else she cherished time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and adventuring with her dog Tucker. Diana is survived by her daughter Amanda House (of Dillon, MT) and her son Milo Denison (of London, UK) and son Josh Storey (of Spokane, WA), along with four grandchildren Thomas, Lyric, Rhythm, Reverie, and several Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Diana is preceded in death by her parents Grant and Shirley, her husband Larry Storey, her siblings Roland “Gus”, Lyle, Coleen, and Darla, and granddaughter Rhapsody. A Celebration of Life memorial services will be held on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of STRATE FUNERAL HOME, 505 10th St. Davenport, WA.
