Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2025, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Runge Mortuary. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 31,2025 in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. She will be laid to rest in Fairmount Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.rungemortuary.
Sue was born on November 2, 1953, in Davenport, IA, to Alvin and Elinor (Mueller) Stradt. On June 7, 1975, she was united in marriage to Dennis Gordon in Davenport, IA. She retired after many years in the service industry.
Sue was a lovely, loving woman who was fun to be around. She loved her family dearly. She was also a huge Mickey Mouse fan and visited Disney World every year.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 49 years, Dennis; brother, John (Karen A.) Stradt; sister, Karen K. Stradt; and sister-in-law, Debra Martens (of the late Kenny); along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and her beloved dog, Sasha.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Johnathan.
