Angle & Carey - We are so sorry to hear about Rosemary's passing.   Growing up we considered her a second mother and family member.  She was always full of such joy & positive energy.  Rosie was a close friend of our parents Alice and Martin and they loved sharing laughter, time, and memories with Rosie.  Over the years our families spent a lot of time together.  Please also give our condolences to Ruth for us.  Our deepest sympathies to your family.

I was so sorry to learn of Rosemary‘s passing. She was the kindest, funnest person, Who I met years ago as she cared for her our friend Mildred Marquis. I remember Rosemary taking time to come over and we walked Mildred (age 100) out to the yard to see the lilacs. She brought so much joy to so many people. My prayers are for her family at this time. God bless!

To Angela and Carey...I want to express my Condolences for the passing of Mrs. Angel. Your Mother was loved and Adored by my whole family, and I SO ENJOYED being around her and talking to her. I have SO MANY childhood memories of being at the house on Spring street, sometimes when my parents were over there visiting. And counting so many plants in that living room, that i lost count. Rosie saw so much humour in my Dad's teasing and jokes, that she was the main one laughing. Seems like I also remember a Big Dog, like a German Shepherd when I would be over there as i child, but I'm not sure if it belonged to someone else(I was so young at the time). To the Family of Mrs.Angel, Condolences in the loss of a Beautiful woman with a contagious smile. I usually ran into her at Dollar General  and we chatted endlessly,  I always told her tell Angie hello. May all your fond memories bring you solace. 

My dear Aunt Rosie. Oh how I love you and your gorgeous smile I will always miss and remember. I remember how you would encourage and uplift me whenever I was down. How you would hug and kiss me on the cheek everything you saw me and tell me I was beautiful. I love you always my dear Aunt Rosie RIP.

I am a neighbor of Rosemary.  She would stop by to say hello to me, drop off the Watchtower and share Scripture.  She was such a kind and considerate person.  I will miss knowing that she is there.  God bless you all and grant peace and strength to your family at this most difficult time.  You are in my prayers.

While my heart is sad, I know there is a very special angel in heaven to watch over me. Nothing will ever replace the wonderful friendship of my beautiful Rose. I will miss her smile, her laugh, her hugs and kisses. And I’ll always the many conversations in the middle of Pioneer Street on Friday mornings in our bathrobes as we took out the garbage. We  were quite the fashion statement. You were a blessing from God, my sweet friend. Love you forever. ❤️

Aunt Rosie with her special ways let everyone know how much she cared and a wonderful heart full of love that I will always treasure. I'm going to miss our talks and her hugs.  I will always remember the shopping trips I drove the "three sisters" Rosie,  Marvella and Ruth (my two aunts and my mother) and how much fun, love and story telling the three sisters shared together on those rides!  Carey Jr,  Angie and family I'm sorry for your loss. 



Another Beautiful Angel has got her wings ,you will be greatly missed by many and never forgotten always smiling and a inspiration to many ,always had positive words to say and  kept you encouraged  no matter what the circumstances  were may you RIP  love  you Aunt Rosie  ❤️ 

I will miss Aunt Rosie so much.  Talk about a person who was so down to earth and spoke her mind.  Loved this in her so much.  Not to mention how considerate and kind she was.  May she now RIP forever.  Angie and Carey and to the rest of the family, I send my condolences to you with prayers....


Her smile says everything I didn't know anyone who didn't love her she was kind to everyone she met when we were little my brother Jimmy and I couldn't wait until we were old enough to walk to the east side of Davenport and go see Aunt Rosie and Grandma and Uncle Carey we were always welcomed with open arms she wasn't only aunt but a friend a co-worker and a sister in my faith so I say goodbye for now but not forever we were all miss you and love you forever love Bev clay and family

Dear Angela and Carey,

I have many fond memories of your mother.  She was the most coolest, fun, nicest mother in the neighborhood. I loved the vacation  bible schools she used to host, and the little teasings she used to give me. She had the gift of making others feel comfortable in her presence, just like Mickey.  I will miss her.   You have my deepest sympathies and condolences and know that someday we'll  all meet again.

It saddened me to hear of this news.  I would like to express my deepest condolences to the family. May God be with you during this difficult time. I will truly miss Aunt Rose. She was always so happy and I enjoyed  talking to her. She was a great person, with a big heart. My heart goes out to the family. Rest In Peace Aunt Rose.

Aunt Rosie I will truly miss you!  You always made me laugh with your funny sayings and facial expressions.   I will never forget all the times spent almost every week end at your house!  Grandma Acosta never thought mom fed me because I always ate your food!  😂. RIP my dear Auntie.  God called another Angel home.  I will always love you bunches ❤️🙏🏽

It was a privilege to have known Miss Rose. I remember her warm smile and humble spirit...such deep spiritual appreciation and courage to live according to God's Word. Some off the fondest memories with Aunt Rosie was when her and Uncle Cary lived on Spring Street.  Prior to his passing,  I remember how hospitable she was when we would go on hunting trips.  Seems she would have breakfast ready and always a friendly smile.  It never mattered what time you arrived, she would always be pleasant.  Now that her journey is over, she will be able to share that smile with the heavenly host.  May the family always remember and cherish the good times.
