Peggy Louise Ratcliff

Peggy L. Ratcliff, 95, of Davenport passed away on February 23, 2024 at Silver Crest. Cremation rites have been accorded per her wishes. A memorial service will be at Weerts Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 2pm. She will be inurned at the Rock Island National Cemetery. Peggy was born on September 17, 1928 to Merle and Hazel (Pegg) Jackson in Fulton, IL. Peggy graduated from Fulton High School in 1946. She worked part time as a beautician for 30 years. Peggy was an avid card player and was a member of CASI. She enjoyed travelling with friends all over the country.

Peggy is survived by her children, Gary (Judy) Allen, Sherry (Daniel) Enderle, Randy Allen, and Mark Allen; Sister Dorothy Isenberg; 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband William Allen, her parents, two brothers, and one sister.
