Helen M. Babb

Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 7 at 12 PM at The Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be 2 hours prior. Memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences can be left for the family at www.rungemortuary.com.

Helen was born on August 26, 1943 in Davenport Iowa to William and Clara Horlas. On July 6, 1966 she was united in marriage to John Babb. They enjoyed 57 years together until his passing in 2019.

Helen enjoyed horseback riding, scratch off tickets, fishing, camping, swimming, dogs, and bingo but mostly she enjoyed spending time with family.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children; John Babb, Jo Ann (Babb) Williams, her sister Augusta (husband Charles) Hill, her grandchildren; Samantha (Martin Gallagher) Bridges, Abbey Bridges, Christopher Bridges, Erin Babb.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her daughter Janet Babb.
