Elizabeth Owens, 89, of Davenport, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Manor Care Nursing Home in Davenport. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, January 21, 2016 in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be in Oakdale Memorial Gardens. Elizabeth was born on October 6, 1926 in Palmyra, MO, the daughter of Cornelius and Nellie Belle (Howard) Garr. Survivors include three nieces and one nephew; several cousins and special cousin, Bridgett Morrow.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Howard Garr.
