Cassandra “Cassy” Sabel, 35, of Davenport, Iowa passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at her home. A visitation to honor her memory will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 from 3-5pm at Weerts Funeral Home.
Cassy was born on March 7, 1988 in Davenport, Iowa to Ronald “Boomer” Sabel and Roberta Layman. Cassy loved to have a good time and was making friends everywhere she went. She was well known for her extensive shoe and purse collection and her ability to make everyone laugh. Cassy’s greatest joy however was spending time with her children, who were her pride and joy.
Those left to carry on Cassy’s memory are her beloved children: Britteyn, Airella, A’Riah, and Moses; her dad Ron “Boomer” and Donna; her siblings Ashley, Cody, Dalton, Kandace, and Branden; nieces and nephews: Jordan, Xaine, Shylee, and Scarlet; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mom Roberta; siblings Jereamy and Brittney; grandparents James, Sandra, Janet, and Ronald; and her uncle Dennis.
