ROSE, Charles Edward (Chuck)- age 61, of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at the Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Halifax, he was the son of the late Charles and Una Rose. He spent his life pursuing his passion for cuisine and cooking, which led him across Canada and down into the United States. He is survived by his mother Una Rose; his sister Nancy Pink (Chris); three nieces Nicole Oldreive, Rhiannon, and Shelby; nephew Charles Pink; Aunt Lilly Glendenning, Moncton; Uncles Harvey, Chezzetcook, Clement, Moncton, Leo, Nanaimo BC; and was predeceased by his father Charles Rose. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Cardiology Department at the QEII Health Science Center in Halifax.
