He attended Refugio HS, Southwest Texas State Univ. Career began with Tenneco and Texas Instruments then Trammell Crow Family Holdings in Dallas including INFOMART and Dallas Market Center where he served as president and CEO 1993-2015. Bill was a published historian, amateur archaeologist, rancher, woodworker, fan of music, and family man.
Survived by wife Kathleen Cogley Winsor; children Kelley (wife Lacy) and Mark (partner Gayle); siblings Gloria Winsor-Smith, Hallie Paul, and Charles Winsor; grandchildren Hayden, Myles, and Tatum and numerous nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life, January 6, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at Dallas Market Center.
