He is survived by myself and our daughter, Kelsey Belli Horn. His step-mother, Patricia Horn. Sisters Kendra Ikeler, Jan Dillman and Jeffri De la Cruz. Aunt Linda Auerbach and her husband Don. Cousins Genna Teague and Christy Davis. Mother-in-law Cecile Bonte, father-in-law Dr. James Belli and wife Dr Patricia Eifel. Dr. Therese West and husband Dr. Dave West, Stephen Belli and wife Jane. John Belli, Anne Perez and her husband Issy along with numerous nieces and nephews. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Preston Horn, Alice Putman and father in law, Dr. Frederick Bonte.
He was born on September 7, 1961 in Witchita Falls, Texas. He graduated from North Garland High School in 1980. With his brown hair and beautiful blue eyes, he was nominated as one of the most handsome, his senior year. William and Suzanne were married September 14, 1991. He will be remembered by his strong work ethic and devotion to his wife and daughter.
William spent many years in the construction industry before joining Alcuin school in 2005 as Director of Facilities. William oversaw all matters of the facilities and grounds and was a significant participant in the growth of the Alcuin campus. William was devoted to the staff, parents and children, and importantly to his mentor, Priscilla. I will always be grateful and thankful for the love and support shown to Kelsey and me this last year.
Private family interment to be held at Calvary Hill Funeral Home. A memorial reception celebrating his life will be held at Alcuin School at a later time.
