Virginia is survived by her son, Mike Clay and wife, Dinah; granddaughter, Jennifer Bevel and husband, Cliff; grandson Pete Clay, and her three great grandchildren, Parker, Connor and Olivia.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond A. Clay and brothers, Gardner and Kyle Scott.
The family will receive guests at a visitation from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Ted Dickey West Funeral Home, 7990 George Bush Turnpike, Dallas, TX 75252. She will be laid to rest with her husband at the Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 7521, on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 11:15 AM. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel at Ted Dickey West at 1:30 PM following the graveside service
