Violet is survived by her sister Birdie Anstrand, 7 nephews, 3 neices and numerous great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Richard O. Sims and Orie Lee Sims, sisters, Elva Fowler and Daisy Johnson, and brothers Richard C. Sims and James Sims.
