Preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Smith, and father, Cecil “Buddy” Thomas, grandparents, aunts, and uncles.
Survived by her “sweetie pie” and partner, Bruce Brown, daughter Ashley Ballard and husband Jeromy, grandchildren Lane and Landry Ballard; bonus parents, Harry Smith and Donna Thomas; sisters, Rochelle Greener and husband Jim, Debbie Hazen and Toni Thomas, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Tracy’s true passion in life was her family and friends. She was a loving, one-of-a-kind and devoted mother, partner, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. To quote her, being a mom and grandma was “the best thing she ever did and the best job she ever had”.
A Celebration of Tracy’s life will be held at 1 pm, on Saturday, June 27th, at Stone Creek Pavilion, 200 Featherstone Dr, Rockwall, TX.
A private family burial will take place at Grove Hill Memorial Park on Wednesday, June 24th.
