Some of my best memories flying the L-15 were with Dave.  We had many layovers in Europe and always had a great time.  His cockpit was always professional but comfortable.  We became friends and stayed in touch with each other after retiring.  I nicknamed him Tex and we always had a good laugh about that.  I'll miss Tex. My deepest sympathies to the family.

Dave was always a true gentleman and a good friend.  I was pleasured and honored to hunt and fly  with him for many years.
He was an excellent pilot  who  always operated and lead as a great example for his crew members. He will be missed !
