Sylvia Ruth Perez was born in Dallas, Texas, on May 29th, 1966 to Francisco and Olivia Sanchez, and passed on January 12th, 2024. She is preceded in death by her mother, Olivia Sanchez. She leaves behind her father, Francisco Sanchez; her daughters, Valarie A. Serna and husband, Hilario, III; Jennifer N. Perez-Robles and husband, Luis, and Melissa I. Martinez and husband, Michael aka her Linda. She leaves grandchildren, Mariah, Olivia, Hilario IV, Tabitha, Luis, Dillon, Nevaeh, Alanna, Faith, Michael II, and Kaylani. Sylvia also left behind a sister, Sonia Solis and husband, Hector; brother, Francisco X. Sanchez and wife, Moraimah; and a numerous of family members and friends.
Sylvia touched a lot of life’s and spoke with everyone she came in contact with. Her greatest joy was being “momo” to all her beautiful grandchildren. She definitely will be missed on this Earth. Her memory will live on through her kids and grandchildren.
A visitation for Sylvia will be held from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday, January 26, 2024 at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home, 7405 West Northwest Highway, Dallas, TX 75225. Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
