While having the independence of a working man was great, Ronnie wanted more. He embraced his entrepreneurial spirit by launching RGS CONSULTING, LLC in 2019. As the President of RGS CONSULTING, LLC, Ronnie’s success was driven by his ability to build highly effective strategies that secure positive outcome in project and program management, team leadership, customer service, and sales effectiveness.
He was preceded in death by his father Freddie Smith Sr., his mother Mary Alice Smith, and one of his heroes, brother Freddie Smith Jr. He moved to Dallas TX where he met his wife Martha Bell-Smith, with whom he united in holy matrimony for over 29 years. On Saturday August 21, 2021, he went home to be with the Lord. Ronnie Smith leaves to cherish his memories with his wife, Martha Smith; his children, Shirnaya and Gabriel (Nicki); twin sister, Renda Smith; brother, Forice Smith (Sandra); Sarah Garrett (Vernon); his sister-in-law, Eva Smith and 4 grandchildren, Jo’Lie, Kyron, Gabriella and Gabriel, Jr.
