Ronald Alan Miles

Ronald Alan Miles, 68, of Rockwall, Texas passed away December 29, 2016. He was born in Dallas, Texas on November 24, 1948 and graduated from Lamesa High School in 1967. Ronald was an avid Longhorn fan, loved cars and John Wayne movies. He is preceded in death by father, Andrew Miles, Sr.; brother Floyd Marvin Miles; grandfather, James Andrew Miles and Jake Anderson Murphree and grandmother, Fannie Victoria Murphree. Ronald is survived by his son, Ricki Miles; grandson, Robert Dallas Miles; mother, Alva Lee Miles; brothers, Thomas Andrew Miles Jr., and wife Sharon, and Michael Dwight Miles, and wife Tammy; sisters, Cynthia Miller, and husband Bill, and Sharon Bourquin and husband Arvie, along with nieces and nephews, Nathan Miller, Jason Miller, Candace Crabtree, Chris Miles, Amanda Brandt, Jennifer Baker and Joni Sharkey and Jeremy Bourquin. His memory is also left to cherish by numerous great nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 3 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at Grove Hill Funeral Home. Funeral will be held Wednesday, January 4 at 2:00 pm at Grove Hill Funeral home with interment following at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
