Robert G Perez

Robert was raised in Rosebud, Texas. Military Information: E4, Korean, 4 years.

He married Esperanza Z. Perez on April 3, 1962. He served in the maintenance department for Stanley Black & Decker for many years.

In his spare time Robert enjoyed listening to sports on the radio and enjoyed spending time with family.

His family and friends will always remember him as a loving husband, step-father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great grandfather, brother and uncle.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Dolores Galvan Perez; three sisters, Guadalupe Perez Bonora, Margaret Perez Garza, Senaida (Cynthia) Anderson; brothers, Frank Perez and Joe Perez.

He is survived by his wife, Esperanza Z. Perez; step-daughter, Maria Z. Garfias, son-in-law, Tony Garfias; grandchildren, Christina G. Gonzalez, Robert L. Garfias and Lydia Garfias; nine great-grandchildren, nine great-great grandchildren; sisters, Aurelia "Alice" Bolden, Maria "Mary" Sims; brother, Manuel Perez; along with several nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Robert will be held Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home and Crematory, 3050 N STEMMONS FREEWAY, DALLAS, TEXAS 75247. Funeral Service will occur Friday July 15, 2022 AT 11:00AM at Gonzalez Funeral Home and Crematory, 3050 N. STEMMONS FREEWAY, DALLAS, TX 75247. An interment will occur Friday July 15, 2022 at 1:00PM at DFW National Cemetery.
