Robert, I know my Dad was a well decorated police officer, and accomplished many different things while on the Police Department, but I am unsure of all his accomplishments, my mind is a little scattered since my father passed and several things I could typically recall at a moments notice have slipped my mind. The one thing that Penny (Rick's wife) has told me was that he was instrumental in assisting in creating the "Wall of the Fallen" at Central. If possible, can you ask some of the police officers that served at the time my father did and gather some additional information. I am trying to do everything on my end to gather information for you that I will try and give to you tomorrow before the service. If you need anything at all from me at this point, please don't hesitate to call me, any time of the day or night, at 910-620-0011. Thank you for everything you are doing for us Robert. I look forward to seeing you again tomorrow.
