Patti Cantu

Patti Sue Cantu, born on November 6, 1957 in Dallas, Texas. Patti passed away into the eternal arms of our lord on November 26, 2021 surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas A. Derden and Bettye I. Derden and older brother, Michael D. Derden.

Patti was retired from the City of Dallas where she worked for 30 years. Patti was a devoted wife, sister, mother and grandmother and a friend to many. She loved the lord and spending time with her family.

Patti is survived by her husband of 37 years, Rafael Cantu and two children, son, Jared Anthony Cantu and daughter, Jessica Marie Cantu; grandchildren, Jaxon Gillham, Cade Anthony Cantu; sister, Tamara D. Maxey and brother, Tommy B. Derden and wife, Pamela; sister in Law, Jenny Lane and husband, Mark; brother in laws, Benny Cantu and wife, Gloria, Ricky Cantu and wife, Katherine and Joe Cantu and wife, Kristi and sister in law, Velma Cantu. Patti is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
