Natalia Guerra

In loving memory of Natalia C. Guerra, 96 of Dallas, Texas passed away on March 15, 2021. Natalia was born May 14, 1924 in Timpson, Texas but was raised in Malakoff, Texas. She was married to George R. Guerra Sr. in the year 1948 and the couple had 4 children. She worked for 30 years for Stanley Marcus (Neiman Marcus) as a retail associate trainer.

Natalia was well loved by her family and friends and while she will be missed by everyone who knew her she left behind a great legacy through her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved telling jokes and she made an impression on everyone she met with her wonderful sense of humor. In her spare time she loved to read and cook but most of all she loved spending time with her family and taking vacations. Natalia is preceded in death by her parents Lungino and Julia Contreras, her 4 brothers, one sister and her husband George R. Guerra Sr. and her only son George R. Guerra Jr. and grandson Jason Guerra.

Natalia is survived by her 3 daughters: Carmen Montelongo, Guadalupe Riojas and Helen Boyd. Her 12 grandkids: Michael Riojas; Anthony Riojas; Marisa Riojas; Andrew Riojas; Matthew Riojas; Phillip Riojas; Angela Alanis; George Guerra III; John Guerra; Lisa Guerra; Vanessa Montelongo; Jessica Montelongo; and her 35 great grandkids.

In accordance with CDC directives, we ask everyone attending funeral services to wear a mask and practice social distancing. There will be limited seating for services. For everyone’s safety please honor the family from a distance. We kindly thank you in advance.
