She was born on September 27, 1931 in Frisco, Texas, a daughter of Eufemio and Seferina (Rangel) Alcala.
She married Alfredo Ramirez in 1952. He survives in Dallas.
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home, located at 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, TX 75220.
The rosary will be recited at 6:30 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the North Chapel of Calvary Hill Cemetery. The committal service will immediately follow.
She is survived by her five children: Connie Hernandez of Dallas, Marcus (Shirley) Ramirez of Dallas, Mario (Terri) Ramirez of Tyler, TX, Alfred Ramirez Jr., Angela (Robert) Vargas of Dallas.
Her siblings: Maria Alvarez, Joe Alcala, and Juanita Juarez.
14 granchildren and 26 great grandchildren also survive.
