Our Angel has gone to Heaven and will be missed by all. Born October 7, 1921 in Dallas, TX, Mary passed away at the age of 90 on August 9, 2012 at her home in Dallas. She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, the Over 55 Club and Quilters Club. Mary was a loving mother who dedicated her entire life to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Salvador Vasquez; son, Richard Vasquez; daughter-in-law, Peggy Vasquez, and grandchildren, Ché Vasquez, Becka Keller and Bart Vasquez. Mary is survived by her son, Salvador Vasquez (Karen); daughters, Alice Waller (Ronnie), Gloria Brown (David) and Karen Leach (Ken); grandchildren, Ronnie Waller II, Ana Marquez (Casey), Kristy Cisneros (Anthony), Leticia Bachman (Nate) and Joe Ward; great grandchildren, Brenden Marquez, Jacob, Matthew and Kasey Bachman, and Anissa Cisneros.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm with the Rosary at 7pm, Monday, August 13, 2012 at Sparkman/Crane Funeral Home, led by Deacon John Schell. The Funeral Mass will be 10am, Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3030 Gus Thomasson Rd. Dallas 75228, with Rev. Michael Guadagnoli, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery in Dallas.
