Martha Beatriz Murillo

Martha Beatriz Murillo, 62, of Dallas, Texas went to her heavenly home on May 31, 2015. Martha was born in Mexico City in November of 1952 to Mario Ramos and Elena Watanave. She was one of 6 children. Martha was a simple woman who loved her family and spending time with her loving grandchildren. She worked caring for others at a patient care technician at Presbyterian Hospital for many years. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity for about 5 years and later became a parishioner at St. Monica for over 15 years. She enjoyed cooking for her family and was often found gathering for good times with many family members around her kitchen. Martha was a loving mother, and leaves behind in her children and grandchildren a legacy of love that will forever remain in their hearts. Beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend, she will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish Martha’s memory are her daughters, Martha (Leo)Reyes, and Araceli (Daniel) Hernandez; grandchildren, Elena Carolina Reyes, Natalia Danielle Hernandez, and Isabella Ava Hernandez; ex-spouse, Miguel Murillo; sisters, Rebeca (Alejandro) Villaruel, and Rosa (John) Hancock; brothers, Eduardo Ramos Watanave, Damian Ramos Watanave, and Jorge Ramos Watanave; nephew, Dr. John Matthew Hancock. She will reunite in the Lord’s heavenly glory, alongside her father, Mario Ramos and sister, Araceli Ramos Watanave.

The family will celebrate a Memorial Mass at St. Monica Catholic Church, 9933 Midway Rd., Dallas, TX, on June 4, 2015 at 10:00a.m.
