Maria Rico, 80, passed away on Febuaray 6,2018 in Dallas, TX. She was born on March 2,1937 in El Tuna de Coah Mexicoa to Antonia and Ricardo Torres.
Maria was raised in El Tuna de Coah Mexico, She married Jimmie J. Rico Sr. in 1966 and the couple had four children. She was a seamstress and in her spare time she enjoyed, planting flowers, cooking for her family, family outings and one on one with her husband. Her family and friends will always remember her as kind hearted with a beautiful smile. Her quiet graceful nature made everyone fell welcomed.
Her family was her greatest love and it showed when she said “mi familia ha sido la luz de mis ojos”. She is survived by her Husband Jimmie Rico Sr., Daughters, Lorene Rico Finn, Melissa Rico, Sons, Jimmie Rico Jr. and Marcus Rico, their spouses, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be Sunday, February 18, 2018 at 12 Noon at Gonzalez Funeral Home Chapel.
