Margaret D. Romo, age 59, passed away on January 16th, 2022 in Humble, Texas. She was born on September 19th, 1962 in Houston, Texas to Lucas and Maria Romo. Margaret was raised in Houston, Texas and graduated from Furr High School.
She married Lauro Gomez in 1991 and the couple had four children.
In her spare time, Margaret enjoyed cooking, outdoor activities, remodeling, decorating, gardening, shopping, traveling, watching movies, dinning out and spending time with her five grandkids.

She is survived by: her husband of 30 years, Lauro Gomez; daughters, Jennifer Cortez-Gray, Margaret Cortez and Sophia Cortez-Campos; son, Gilbert Jason Cortez; five grandkids, Dorian Roman Gray, Elijah Lucas Campos, Adrian Z. Carrillo, Tristan James Campos and Lillian Madelyn Gray; sisters, Lupe Romo, Linda Romo, Tina Harding, Roselinda Romo, Mary Andrew and Eva Romo; brothers, Albert Romo, Tony Romo and Raymond Romo
