Linda Ireene Sontoyo, age 71, passed away on September 3, 2020 in Ft. Worth, Texas. She was born April 6, 1949 in Dallas, Texas to Gladys Martinez. Linda was raised in Dallas and attended Rusk Jr. High School.
She married Pedro Santoyo in 1965 and the couple had four children. She was a florist at Albertson's. In her spare time Linda enjoyed taking care of her home and her long time partner Valente Flores.
Her family and friends will always remember her as working hard and keeping herself busy around her house. Linda was a strong Lady who pushed through many adversities. She recently began attending Gateway Church with her sons.
She is preceded in death by her son, Sony Ray Santoyo; mother, Glady’s Martinez; sisters Maryann Palomo, Josephine Martinz, and Esmeralda Sanchez.
She is survived by her sons, Micahael R. Santoyo, Sam Santoyo, Sedrick Santoyo; sisters, Frances Rivera of Dallas, Rita Ayala of Dallas, Cecilia Garcia of Red Oak, Rosario Martinez of Dallas; brothers, Albert Martinez, Joe Martinez, Jamie Martinez, and Arthur Martinez; grandchildren, Justin Santoyo, Amanda Santoyo, Aron Santoyo, Eric Moriah, Noah Santoyo, Jacob Santoyo and several great-grandchildren.
