Larry Wayne Warren affectionately known as Slick, was born on January 19, 1953 in Marrietta, Tx. to Oneida & OIiver Warren. During his time here on earth he was known to many as a man of great valor. Larrry worked hard to provide for those he loved and retired after 25 years as a TEAMSTER. He leaves behind many hearts that will miss him dearly. Larry was a loving son, husband, father, papa, uncle, and friend. He is greatly mourned by his wife Patricia Warren, daughter Ebony King, and mother Oneida Lewis.
Larry gave his life to Christ in 2009 at Greater Harvest C.O.G.I.C. where he faithfully served as an usher. In 2013 Larry met his best friend in his granddaughter Kristyn King. Together they shared many memories and embarked upon many adventures at Walmart, Dollar Tree, and Target.
On July 9, 2019 Larry’s body found rest as his spirit lives on in the fund memories of those he loved and cherished. He is preceded in death by his father Oliver and brothers Clevester, James, and Robert Warren. The Warren legacy remains in his brothers Donald, Ricky, and Tony Warren and sister Jennifer Warren.
