Kathryn (Newberry) Montgomery, 92 Born May 6, 1919 in Le Flore, OK and passed away June 1, 2011 in Dallas, TX. Preceeded in death by her husband of 65 years, C.D. Monty Montgomery. Survived by son, Ron and Scottie Montgomery, daughter Cindy and Michael Payton. Grandchildren Tracy Smith, Holly Atchley, Shannon Kay Montgomery and Lucas Montgomery Payton, 6 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Kathryn retired from Southwestern Bell in 1985, was a member of Colonial Hills Baptist Church, Dal-Cliff Chapter Order of the Eastern Star and a longtime volunteer at the Cancer Center in Dallas. Visitation at 11:00am Monday, June 6, 2011 followed by service at 12:00 noon at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, Texas.
