She was born in Dallas, Texas on August 11, 1987 to Charles Williams and the late Sharon Little Scruggs.
Katie is survived by her father, Charles Williams; stepfather, Sam Scruggs; and two brothers, Jason Williams and Brent Williams.
Katie was a loving daughter and caring sister. She will be remembered for her kind spirit and a tender heart. Katie enjoyed providing a loving home for her rescue dogs and had an overall kindness for animals. She will be enternally loved and missed.
Service will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, February 8, 2013 at NW Hwy Chapel at Sparkman/Hillcrest. Graveside service will follow at 4:30pm at Hamilton-Beeman Cemetery in Corsicana, Texas where Katie will be laid to rest by her mother.
