Juanita Roman Ramirez, 74 of Carrollton, Texas passed away on October 17, 2018 in Grand Prairie, Texas. The Ramirez family will greet friends at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday October 23, 2018 at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church 2800 Valwood Pkwy. Farmers Branch, TX 75234.
A Vigil led by her longtime friend Fr. Tom Cloherty will begin at 7:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial with The Most Reverend Gregory Kelly, Celebrant will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church with brother priests concelebrating.
Juanita worked with Priests and Bishops in the Diocese of Dallas for over 40 years. A reception at Mary Immaculate will follow Mass.
The Rite of Committal will be at 2:00 p.m. in Calvary Hill Cemetery in Dallas. Juanita is survived by her husband of 53 years Antonio "Tony" Ramirez and son John-David "JD" Ramirez. Her sisters Henrietta & husband Luis Rojas & Rebecca & husband Kelly Sayre, her brother Alexander & wife Linda Roman along with numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces & nephews. Juanita is preceded in death by Henry & Petra Roman, Michael Roman Ramirez, Kristina Roman Smock and Monica Rachel Rojas.
