Joyce Ellen Gaddy

Joyce was born to Dale and Evelyn Mead on January 16, 1941, in Hendley NE. She was the sister of Corra May and her brother Gary.

Joyce met Herman Forrest Norman, in Salem OR. They were married on May 5, 1960. Joyce gave birth and was a perfect mother to her 2 sons, Merrill F. Norman and Kevin R. Norman. Joyce and Herman were together for over 16 years until Herman passed away on September 7, 1976.

Joyce met Donald Wayne Gaddy Sr. in Dallas TX. while attending Oak Cliff Assembly of God church. They were married on April 7, 1990. Joyce became a loving Bonus Mother to Donald W. Gaddy Jr., Renea L. Packer, and Robin L. Gaddy. Joyce and Donald were a loving and happily married couple for nearly 31 years.

Joyce was a proud grandmother to 7 grandchildren: Steven R. Norman, Stephanie D. Norman Ritchie, Jordan M. Packer, Sarah B. Packer, Philip Gaddy, Sarah Gaddy, and Ethan Gaddy.

Joyce was a proud great-grandmother to 9 grandchildren: Jack R. Norman, Dylan R. Norman, Staci R. Norman, Cheyenne Parmley, Brooklyn Ritchie, Jaxson Packer, Parks Packer, Levi Packer, and Preston Packer.

Joyce worked at the Capitol building for the State Government while living in Oregon and the Mobil Oil Corporation while living in Texas.
