Rest in heaven uncle Shopai..I remember you walking out in the yard with daddy looking at the ducks and chicken you always wore you black hat..you was always sharp uncle..to the family you all have the sympathy's from Chester & Irma Espree and all the family...love all of you.. Aunt Anna and all of your family...!!!!

We can only hope that there will be another man like Uncle to come along in the next 100 years. ❤️

I extend my deepest condolences to our dear, sweet Aunt Anna for the loss of her husband of 70 plus years, and to my cousins for the loss of their dear dad.

Our Uncle Chopin, Joseph Mouton Jr. was a remarkable man. He was a kind and gentle soul who always had a twinkle in his eye and a smile on his face. As I think back on his life, I’m struck by his remarkable spirit. He lived through some of the most tumultuous times in our nation’s history, but he never lost his faith or hope for a better future. Despite having lived for a century, he never lost his zest for life. As hardworking as he was he always made time for his family and friends. He was a beloved grandfather, uncle, cousin, and friend, and his warmth & generosity touched the lives of many. Now, as we remember Uncle Chopin, we honor his legacy and many contributions to his country and family. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.  We'll miss him dearly.

We, the Espree family, would like to send our deepest heartfelt condolences to the Mouton Family. Losing Uncle Chopin comes with great distress and despair that words alone cannot explain our grief. I can only wish that my life will be as fulfilling has his has been, he was a man I never seen mad, angry or out of control, he was always mild mannered with a smile on his face. To live to the age of 100 and still have the quality of life that he did is what I wish we all could accomplish. 

Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us everyday. Unseen, unheard, but always near. So loved, so missed, so very dear, you will be missed Uncle Chopin.
