John Lee Monroe was born on June 12, 1970 in Blytheville, Arkansas to parents Richard and Maria Monroe. He passed away on November 8, 2016 in Mesquite, Texas. John enjoyed spending time riding motorcycles, watching old movies, listening to oldies, and traveling with his wife. He was also an avid collector of coins and watches. Most of all he loved spending time with his nieces, nephews, family, and friends. John is survived by his loving wife of 20 years Pamela Monroe; parents Richard and Maria Monroe; sister Lisa Monroe; brother Richard Monroe Jr.; nieces and nephews Destiny Monroe, Danielle Salazar, Dezirae Salazar, Dan Salazar, Richard Monroe III, DeKayla Salazar, Drake Salazar, Hannah Garcia, Madison Garcia, Brandon Garcia, Diego Garcia-O’Campo, and Ivan Garcia, dog Piper, and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Betty Farmer; cousin Javier Varragan, and dog Patrick. He will be truly missed by those who loved him most.
