Sean was a very rare, special person and he amazed me every single time we talked.  There is a big hole in my life now.  Sean gave unselfishly of his talents and time for the sake of “doing what was right”.  Often that meant producing top quality products to meet customer needs, but more importantly building understanding among everyone involved.  He promoted, defended and enhanced the worth and dignity of people around the world.   Sean was always driven to do his best.  He was a “natural” teacher and drove others to give their best as well.  Unexplainably intuitive and logical he could fix anything broken, relationships too, and always in record time.  Sean was consistently humble and impish, always funny, a never ending source of stories and a non-stop fountain of Irish gab.  He loved his family so.  My thanks to his Mom and Dad, Aunt Maggie, Uncle Jack, Kath, Ken and Seanie and all the other teachers that taught Sean and helped develop all these fantastic traits in one man.  It is a blessing to know you all.

John (Sean) Mitchell was always a great friend to Shawn and I. The two Shawns/Seans worked together several times, imagine  my surprise when Shawn comes home and tells me Kathy Mitchell works for the same company which I JUST began working.  Of course I had to locate her and we began sharing Sean/Shawn stories.  We had running joke which never got old  Sean would  always asked me  " when  are you going to teach your husband how to spell his name?"  Sean was with us after several of my Shawns major heart surgeries he would come in with that impish grin  make sure his friend was doing well then begin to mesmerize everyone with this tales.  Our friends and family which had the pleasure of meeting Sean adored him.   Maja was the apple of his eye he had this special glow when he spoke of her. He will missed.  God Bless his family..

Many fond memories working with John at Intecom. He was truly a professional, dedicated to quality work but always taking time to teach co-workers with encouragement and humor.  He was so proud of you and your sons Kathy.  My life was blessed to know him.

John and Kathy provided me a "home away from home" when I first moved to Texas. We traveled the world together as the fly and fix team while at Intecom. He taught me the true meaning of professional work ethics by example. He was a true friend and colleague. Debbie and I will miss him dearly.

I worked with John from a number of years at Intecom.  He tought me a lot and he was always great person to be around and work with.  God bless him!

It was my pleasure to work with and for John over the many years at Intecom and a shorter time at BSL.  He was always cheerful and had a love for life and family.

Beverly and me, in addition to the rest of the "Intecom family" have many priceless memories of working with John. He touched our lives in ways too many to mention here.....John showed us how to work tirelessly  to achieve success in whatever we did. We have lost a precious friend, but never memories of him...All of our lives are richer for knowing John....

Sean was always tottering down the hallway (at 80 mph) with his pad of paper, working on his commitments to improve things, speed things up, or figure out how in this new world to do things for the first time.  Fondest memories I have of this consummate professional.  He led the charge by doing great things and invited us to join him at all times and in all ways.

I was pleased to work with John many years ago at InteCom.  I liked him and admired him like so many others.  I am sorry for this loss, but grateful for the memories.

Kathy and family I am sorry for your loss. I worked for John while he was at Intecom. I remember that when I worked at our customer sites and there were any major problems you wanted John to be the person working on them.  He seemed to know how to fix any issue. I decided then that I wanted to work in the corporate office in the tech support for John. I did make it and worked under John for several years before he moved to a different company. I had the chance to play a lot of Golf with John and a few other friends and co-workers throughout the years. John was a friend and I learned a lot from him. He will be missed!

One of the greatest Manager I ever worked for, he taught me the true meaning of hard work!!!
