John Edward Hilliard, 87, passed away on Nov. 17, 2013. “Ed” was born Nov. 13, 1926 in Traskwood, Ark. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Jerrine Hart Hilliard, in 2010. He is survived by his brother, Frank Hilliard, and sisters Vivian Rye and Carolyn Estelle; his four children, Ron Hilliard and wife Wendy, Jean Barnes and husband Dave, Jerrine Berkey and husband David, and Wylie Hilliard and wife Mary, and his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, Nov. 22, 2013 at 2:00pm at Ridgewood Park United Methodist Church in Dallas.
