John Julian Arriaga

John Julian Arriaga, age 79, of Rockwall, Texas passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. He was born and raised in Dallas, Texas to Nicolas and Maria R. Arriaga. John married Lilly Lopez in 1966 and the couple had 3 children.

John was a Master Plumber at Arriaga Plumbing where he worked for more that 40 years. In his spare time, John enjoyed spending time with family, being outdoors, cooking, and helping other. His family and friends will always remember him as a very hard working, honest, generous and caring person.

John was a person always ready to lend a hand to those in need. He was a great mentor to many and a respected member of the Brotherhood of Plumbers.

John is preceded in death by his parents, Nicolas and Maria R. Arriaga and daughter, Lilly Beatrice Arriaga.

John is survived by his wife, Lilly L. Arriaga; his daughter, Alice Marisol; his son, John N. Arriaga and daughter-in-law, Suzanne Arriaga; grandchildren, Emily Bybee and husband Parker Bybee, Courtney Jeffcoat and husband Dillon Jeffcoat, Zoe Arriaga, Haley Arriaga, Allie Arriaga, and John H. Arriaga; and two great-grandchildren, Adaline and Reagan Jeffcoat.

A visitation for John will be held Monday, June 10, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A committal will occur Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228.
