John Philip Aldridge

John Philip Aldridge, beloved husband, father and grandfather, was born November 21, 1946 in Greenville, Texas, and passed from this earthly life on January 6, 2017, in Plano, Texas...his pain and suffering are now over.

Before John retired from Verizon Communications as a communications technician, he spent five years as a patrolman for Garland Police Department. John was Master Mason in Good Standing of Garland Lodge #441. He resided in Richardson, Texas for the last 12 years.

John was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and good friend to many by those who will truly miss him and he is forever in our hearts.

John was preceded in death by his parents, T.B. Aldridge and Eloise Brasher Aldridge Lyons.

He survived by his wife, Vicki Aldridge; children Lisa Tiffany and Darin Aldridge; step-children Jessica Ehrlich and her husband, Jason; Jared Halliday and his wife, Amanda; his granddaughter Haleigh Aldridge and daughter-in-law Heather Jones; step-father, Russ Lyons; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
